Handyman / Maintenance Worker (m/f/d)

The Role

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyman with a strong affinity for craftsmanship and hands-on work. The ideal candidate demonstrates practical experience in small repair works and shows initiative, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset. Additional technical or construction experience is highly valued and supports long-term collaboration. Key Responsibilities Execution of minor repair works in apartments and residential buildings Maintenance and upkeep of furnished units (e.g., fixing furniture, doors, fittings) Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing taps) Basic electrical tasks (e.g., replacing lights, checking sockets – within legal limits) Painting and touch-up work where required Inspection of apartments and reporting of issues Coordination with tenants when necessary (appointments, access, communication) Support in preparing apartments for new tenants (minor renovations, adjustments) Profile / Requirements Practical experience in handyman work, maintenance, or construction Strong manual skills and attention to detail Independent and structured way of working Reliability and accountability in task execution Basic communication skills (German or English) Flexibility and willingness to handle different types of tasks Driving license (preferred) What We Value A proactive, “can-do” attitude Respect for property and tenant environments Efficiency combined with quality workmanship Long-term reliability and trust
