AI & Automation Specialist (n8n)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Specialist to design and implement a comprehensive digital infrastructure for our real estate operations. This includes CRM systems, WhatsApp automation, payment matching, document generation, and internal management tools. The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution with business understanding and is capable of building scalable systems from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement a central property management system (CRM) covering apartments, tenants, contracts, and payments * Build and optimize WhatsApp Business API automation flows (lead qualification, tenant communication, reminders) * Develop automation workflows using tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or custom backend logic * Implement payment matching systems (bank integration, transaction parsing, assignment logic) * Create document automation pipelines (contracts, confirmations, certificates) * Develop a tenant portal with login, document access, and payment overview * Build a maintenance management system for tracking repairs, costs, and status * Integrate Meta Ads & lead generation tracking systems (click-to-WhatsApp, A/B testing) * Ensure system scalability, data structure integrity, and process efficiency Required Qualifications * Proven experience in automation systems, CRM development, or SaaS platforms * Strong knowledge of APIs, especially WhatsApp Business API and Meta integrations * Experience with low-code tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable) and/or full-stack development (Node.js, Python, etc.) * Understanding of database design (PostgreSQL, Airtable, or similar) * Experience with payment processing or financial data handling is a strong advantage * Ability to structure complex workflows and translate business processes into systems * Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required) Preferred Skills * Experience in real estate tech / property management systems * Familiarity with AI-driven automation and chatbot design * Experience building scalable internal tools for operations teams * Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail What We Offer * Opportunity to build a core system from scratch for a rapidly growing company * High level of ownership and direct impact on company growth * Flexible working environment (remote or hybrid) * Long-term collaboration potential * Competitive compensation based on experience and project scope Application Process Please submit: * CV / Portfolio * Relevant project examples (automation, CRM, AI systems) * Short description of how you would approach building such a system
