Painter / Construction Worker

The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Painter (Maler) with basic construction experience to support renovation and maintenance works in residential apartments across Berlin. This role is ideal for individuals who combine traditional craftsmanship with a practical, solution-oriented mindset on-site. Key Responsibilities Interior painting of apartments (walls, ceilings, doors, frames) Surface preparation (sanding, filling, priming) Minor plastering and repair works Ensuring clean and professional finishing standards Supporting general renovation works when required Handling tools and materials responsibly Maintaining cleanliness of the worksite Working independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines Requirements Proven experience as a painter (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Basic construction or renovation experience is a strong advantage Ability to work efficiently and independently Attention to detail and quality standards Physical fitness and reliability Basic communication skills (English or German) Valid work permit for Germany
